About Quality Life Fitness

We believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. Our aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. The Owner

My name is Xavier Pearson and I'm the founder of Quality Life Fitness. I am certified am a certified personal trainer by the American College Of Sports Medicine.

 Growing up as an athlete I have always had a solid interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Growing up I participated in numerous sports, going on to play basketball and football at an elite level. My athletic background, love for staying fit, and desire to help others lead me to pursue a degree in exercise science which upon completion founded my own company: Quality Life Fitness in 2016.

 I have helped a large number of clients lose weight, drop body fat, reduce body pain, and feel amazing through one on one as well as group training sessions. I have a passion for helping others and it truly makes me happy to see client's reach their fitness/weight loss goals. The statement "if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life" is very true as I wake up each day with excitement about who I can help feel great each day!

A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your fitness trainer I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout.

I’ve been helping clients in Stark County change the way they look and feel since 2016. What We Offer

Personal Training

We'll help you achieve your health and fitness goals through customized exercise programs, guidance, and motivation. We assess clients' current fitness levels, design personalized workout plans, and offer support to help improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall physical well-being.

8 Sessions (2 Days Per Week)

A 45-60 min private session tailored to your specific needs and goals. We use your assessment to design a program best suited for you to achieve your goals in a realistic timeframe.

12 Sessions (3 Days Per Week)

A 45-60 min private session tailored to your specific needs and goals. We use your assessment to design a program best suited for you to achieve your goals in a realistic timeframe.

16 Sessions (4 Days Per Week)

A 45-60 min private session tailored to your specific needs and goals. We use your assessment to design a program best suited for you to achieve your goals in a realistic timeframe.


Group Fitness Class (Monday - Thursday @ 5:15am, 7am, 5:30pm)

Join us for an energizing, fun, and effective group fitness class designed to challenge all levels. Whether you’re looking to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, or simply want to get moving with others, this class offers a welcoming environment where you can work up a sweat and leave feeling accomplished

Silver Membership (3 Days Per Week)

Gold Membership (4 Days Per Week)

Platinum Membership (5 Days Per Week)


Strength Training Class (Mon, Wed & Fri @ 6am)

Build muscle, boost power, and enhance endurance with our focus being on compound movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls - exercises that involve multiple joints and muscles.

3 Days Per Week


Cardio Boxing Class (Mon-7:15pm & Thurs-6:15pm)

Get ready to punch, sweat, and burn your way to a stronger, leaner you in our high-energy Cardio Boxing class! This dynamic workout combines the powerful moves of boxing with heart-pumping cardio intervals to give you an intense, full-body workout. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer, this class is designed to help you improve your stamina, strength, and coordination while burning calories and building muscle.

Our Approach

Our 90 day fitness challenge is a fantastic way to commit to your fitness goals and make lasting changes to your body and health. By staying consistent for three months, you'll see amazing results, whether you're aiming for fat loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or simply to build a solid workout routine. Heres our structure:


Phase 1: Foundation And Habit Building 

Goal: Build consistency, improve overall fitness, and develop good exercise habits

  • Focus: Full-body strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and mobility
  • Duration: 30-35 minutes 5 times a week
  • Intensity: Moderate – you’re focusing on form, consistency, and building strength/endurance

Phase 2: Progression and Strength

Goal: Increase intensity, focus on strength and endurance, and start seeing visible results

  • Focus: Build muscle, increase cardiovascular endurance, challenge yourself with heavier weights and more reps
  • Duration: 30-35 minutes, 5 times a week
  • Intensity: Moderate to high – progressively increase weights and cardio intensity

Phase 3: Peak And Performance 

Goal: Maximize strength, endurance, and conditioning, while focusing on specific goals (muscle growth, fat loss, etc.)

  • Focus: Challenge yourself with advanced movements, focus on muscle definition, and push through the toughest workouts
  • Duration: 30-35 minutes, 5 times a week
  • Intensity: High – this is the time to really push your limits, increasing intensity, weight, or duration


Nutrition for a 90-Day Fitness Challenge

1. Eat for Your Goals: Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, or maintain, your diet should support those goals.

  • For fat loss: Create a slight calorie deficit, focusing on lean protein, vegetables, and healthy fats
  • For muscle gain: Eat in a slight calorie surplus, with plenty of protein and complex carbs (sweet potatoes, rice, quinoa)
  • For maintenance: Balance your macronutrients and eat at maintenance calories to sustain your current weight and build lean muscle

2. Hydrate: Aim for at least half your body weight in ounces of water a day to stay hydrated, especially as your workouts intensify

3. Post-Workout Nutrition: After intense workouts, fuel your body with protein and carbs to aid recovery


Tracking Your Progress

  1. Measurements and Photos: Take photos and measurements at the start of the challenge (waist, hips, chest, arms, legs) to track physical changes
  2. Strength Progress: Keep a workout log to track weights, reps, and any improvements in strength or endurance
  3. Fitness Test: Take a fitness test every 30 days (e.g., how many push-ups, sit-ups, or miles you can run) to see your progress
  4. Mental & Emotional Progress: Pay attention to how your mood, energy levels, and self-confidence evolve throughout the challenge


By the end of the 90 days, you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come! Not just physically, but mentally too—fitness is as much about building discipline and confidence as it is about improving strength and health.
